Examination of the Ear, Nose, Throat
The basic ENT Examination is performed with a frontal headlight and it entails a thorough examination of the ear, oral cavity, face, nose, neck, nasopharynx, and larynx.
The microscope will be used for a more detailed examination of the ear, furthermore a variety of tests can be used to identify and diagnose hearing loss or vestibular disorders.
Τhese diagnostic tests are:
- tympanometry,
- audiometry,
- acoustic reflex measures and
- electronystagmography.
