EYiasis center, according to the decision made by the Ministry of Health – Welfare and Social Security of the Greek state (574 / A4 / 1191 / 02.21.1980) (Y7 / Fin. / 4270 / 25.06.96) is also accredited to practice complementary alternative medicine such as biomedical acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine.
The Greek state approves of medical acupuncture as a method of medical treatment, provided that it is applied only by physicians who have acquired special training and have experience in its application.
